توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق نداء (Nida) وموقع nida-app.com مع بياناتك. باختصار: لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها.
الموقع الجغرافي
يستخدم التطبيق موقعك لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة. تتم كل الحسابات على جهازك، ويُحفظ الموقع على جهازك فقط ولا يُرسل إلى خوادمنا. يمكنك بدلًا من ذلك اختيار مدينتك يدويًا دون منح إذن الموقع.
في الموقع الإلكتروني، عند الضغط على «استخدم موقعي» يُرسل المتصفح إحداثيات تقريبية (مقرّبة لنحو كيلومتر) لحساب المواقيت فقط، ولا تُخزَّن. ويحفظ المتصفح آخر موقع اخترته على جهازك لتسهيل الزيارة القادمة.
الإشعارات والمنبّهات
يستخدم التطبيق أذونات الإشعارات والمنبّهات الدقيقة والتشغيل عند إعادة تشغيل الجهاز لرفع الأذان في وقته حتى دون إنترنت. لا تُستخدم هذه الأذونات لأي غرض آخر.
الاتصال بالإنترنت
يعمل التطبيق دون إنترنت. عند توفر الاتصال يجلب إعدادات عامة من خادمنا (مثل تعديل التاريخ الهجري والإعلانات النصية داخل التطبيق وأصوات أذان إضافية). هذا الطلب لا يتضمن أي معلومات عنك، وقد يسجل الخادم بيانات تقنية قياسية (مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب) لأغراض الأمان فقط.
البيانات المخزنة على جهازك
إعداداتك، وعدّاد السبحة، وتقدمك في الأذكار تُحفظ على جهازك فقط وتُحذف بحذف التطبيق.
الإعلانات
لا يعرض التطبيق حاليًا إعلانات من أطراف ثالثة. إذا أضفنا إعلانات مستقبلًا فسنحدّث هذه السياسة قبل ذلك ونوضح الجهة المعلنة والبيانات التي قد تستخدمها.
الأطفال
التطبيق مناسب لكل الأعمار ولا يجمع بيانات من أي مستخدم، بمن فيهم الأطفال.

This policy explains how the Nida app and the nida-app.com website handle your data. In short: we do not collect, sell or share any personal data.
Location
The app uses your location to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. All calculations happen on your device; your location is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers. You can pick your city manually instead of granting location permission.
On the website, tapping “Use my location” sends approximate coordinates (rounded to about 1 km) solely to calculate prayer times; they are not stored. Your browser remembers the last location on your device for convenience.
Notifications and alarms
The app uses notification, exact-alarm and run-at-startup permissions only to play the adhan on time, even offline.
Internet
The app works offline. When online, it fetches general settings from our server (e.g. Hijri date adjustment, in-app text announcements and extra adhan voices). These requests contain no information about you; the server may log standard technical data (such as IP address and time) for security only.
Data on your device
Your settings, tasbeeh counts and azkar progress are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Advertising
The app currently shows no third-party ads. If ads are added in the future, this policy will be updated beforehand.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from any user, including children.
